Hello, everybody- I am TRYING to post a few videos at the library. These are videos I didn't get a chance to post the last time I came to the library. Apparently, it isn't working well, because the upload speed is slow today. I don't know why.
Libraries have slow upload speed because so many people are using the internet connection's bandwith. Try an empty coffee shop. Generally most of use the bottom end internet connection. Even on high-speed connections upload times are slower than download times.
